Delivery & Shipping of your

Delivery timescales – depend on many factors, including the choices you make during checkout for delivery method. Your shipping selection at checkout will determine your cost of shipping. The estimated delivery timescale is also displayed at checkout.
Standard domestic delivery – takes 2-5 business days from when your order is shipped. All shipping options come with tracking information.
Express domestic delivery – takes 1-2 business days from when your order is shipped. All shipping options come with tracking information.
We currently ship to Worldwide
Standard international delivery – takes 5-15 business days from when your order is shipped. All shipping options come with tracking information.
Express international delivery – takes 3-7 business days from when your order is shipped. All shipping options come with tracking information. A signature may be required on receipt.
Where different delivery options are available, you’ll be able to make your selection during the checkout process.
Please note: As with any delivery service, timescales are estimates, cannot be guaranteed and don’t include customs clearing times beyond our control.

Couriers
We use a wide variety of leading global couriers and local postal services to deliver your orders depending on the origin and destination country and type of product. We currently use 4 carriers: USPS, UPS, FEDEX and DHL.

On arrival into your country, your package may be handed over to your local postal service and you may need to collect your package from a local pick up point.
